This website uses the Terapines account as the only login method. Please click Sign in to register or sign in. Please select the "Ticket" project when submitting feedback. Feedback is divided into three types:

Bug¶
- Submit a Bug: If you encounter any issues such as malfunctioning features, interface errors, or unexpected behavior, you can report them by submitting a Bug. Please provide as much detail as possible, including reproduction steps, error messages, and the operating environment. We encourage users to attach screenshots when possible to help us better diagnose and resolve the issue.
- Track Bug Status: You can track the status of your submitted bugs in the "Reported Issues" section. We will keep the issue updated with progress information, including fix status and estimated resolution time.
- Receive Notifications: When we respond to or update your submitted bug report, you will receive email notifications to keep you informed about the progress and resolution.
Feature¶
- Submit a Feature Request: If you have suggestions for improving existing functionality or ideas for new features, you can submit a Feature request. Please describe the proposed functionality, its intended use, and the expected outcome. If necessary, you may attach reference images or diagrams to help us better understand your request.
- Receive Notifications: When we review or respond to your Feature request, you will receive email notifications to stay informed about its progress.
Support¶
- Submit a Support Request: For product usage instructions, please refer to our documentation. If you need further assistance or believe the documentation could be improved, you can submit a Support request.
- Receive Assistance: Once we receive your Support request, we will respond via email as soon as possible or contact you directly to provide further guidance.
